The bakery

Sunrise Bakery is a small but busy bakery in Kochi. Every day, they bake fresh goods — sold to walk-in customers, a corporate office, a school, and a hotel. They also serve beverages in-store and source raw materials from four regular suppliers. Money comes in, money goes out, every single day.

Your role

You've just joined as the junior accountant. The Head Accountant will brief you on each transaction — your job is to enter the journal entries into the system. The Head Accountant assumes you know what to debit and what to credit.

If you make a wrong entry, don't worry — the Head Accountant will tell you what the correct entry should have been. But remember: the incorrect entry needs to be reversed before you can move on.
